Important Shipping Information: We send out most orders via regular mail ( Canada Post ) anywhere in Canada. With regular postage stamps there is NO TRACKING NUMBER. ( no international order please ).

1. Are you Canadian?
YES! we are located in Vegreville, Alberta, Canada. In business since 1996
2. How are your prices so low? Are these good decals? or cheap 'stickers'?
These are professional vinyl cut decals, not wall art vinyl or other inferior materials. We have kept things as basic as possible to keep prices low for hard working Albertans, and Canadians. So, there is very little customer service. The focus is on self service ordering via this website and order fulfillment. This is how the price is kept so low.
3. How long does it take to make custom boat decals?
We fill the order on the next available weekday that it arrives via email. In some rare cases we might need to order in some fresh vinyl stock, and in this case it will be made a day after that. Then it is packaged up and taken to our local Vegreville Post Office to start it's journey to your door.
4. How long does it take for the decals to arrive via regular mail ?
it depends where you are located in Canada. Please check with Canada Post guidelines. Also there is no tracking number for orders sent via regular postal service. If this is a concern please select the priority shipping which will have a tracking number that you can follow online.
5. How do I apply the boat decals?
we have full instructions here . Or if you have a friend that has applied custom cut vinyl decals before it is nice idea to ask them to give you a hand.

How should I display the licence number on my boat?
You must display the licence number on both sides of the bow, above the water line, in block characters that are at least 7.5 centimetres (3 inches) high and in a colour that contrasts with the colour of the bow.
